About the project

Lab 5 is a US Interiors project for owners of rental apartments. Over the years we have designed more than 200 apartments for rent and worked out an exact recipe: how to use design and renovation to make an apartment worth more and earn its owner more.

Based on our experience and tenant feedback, we have picked the 5 design projects that are in the highest demand. Apartments with these designs rent out faster than others, at prices above the market average. Hence the name Lab 5: like true chemists, we mixed the ingredients in a beaker to get the perfect concentrate for owners and tenants alike.
