US Interiors – inspiring interior design studio. We have been working together for 5 years and have already created more than 200 apartments for our clients - rental property owners.
During this time, we have developed an exact recipe: how to use design and renovation to make an apartment cost more and bring more income to the owners.
Based on our experience and feedback from our clients, we have selected 5 types of design projects that are in greatest demand among tenants. Apartments with this design are rented out faster than others at a price above the average market price. We called our common project Lab 5: how true chemists in the laboratory mixed the ingredients in a beaker to obtain the ideal concentrate for both owners and tenants.
