The apartment in the residential complex "Palacio" on Vasilievsky Island was created so that the customer would rent it out. That's why we chose a functional and masculine design with nothing superfluous.

This apartment is a more strict variation of a similar studio in the same residential complex for one of our customers. In the first apartment we were inspired by the landscapes of mountainous Myanmar. And in this design project, we thought that the studio would be comfortable for those who do not want to be distracted by too bright details.
Since the studio will be rented, we wanted to take into account the ideal balance between cost and style in the design project. To ensure that future residents could live comfortably in the apartment, our customer even conducted a survey: he helped us choose only the necessary household appliances for the project.
This apartment, like its sister studio, has an accent wall with a mountain landscape. Only here we did not add color, maintaining the brutal endurance and calmness of graphite shades. Masculine natural wood supports the charisma of this apartment.
We have a hammock hanging on the balcony - an ideal place for solitude and reflection.
